adapter for which model club? Some More specifics would help as I believe there have been many variations depending on model, year, TP/non-TP, etc

I think they use the same adapter.

Don't see in the article linked where it mentions lie adjustment, just loft adjustment. Maybe I'm missing it?

Not all adapters offer both loft and lie adjustments. You are right....article I saw only mentioned loft adjustment. Adapters and driver models don't all offer both lie and loft adjustments. The driver in the article only offers loft adjustments. Not sure if newer models offer more adjustability
