so you get the shafts off, have the glue drilled out inside them , cleaned off out side and either using new ferrals or old ones. there's alot about swingweight and here's my thoughts , if you can tell one swing weight difference you should be a doctor. if it's over that then if you think it's that important get them done, me personally I only add swing weights over 2 or more , I use to be the golfer that was they had to be exact and an old club maker friend would argue The difference is in the golfers head and now I agree. But to each his own. not a big deal to add them , you need new ones because the air hole needs to be open to stop back pressure, if you use old ones then use a small bit and drill out the old glue . If you have access to a swingweight machine then get them checked. you will need lots of paper towel a small drill bit or something to punch a small hole through the top of grip and the tape, this allows air through and stops back pressure. You will need glue and a place to put them , I also use something on top of shaft to stop them from backing off. mix the glue with equal amounts and mix it well , very important.if your using new ferrals then put small bit inside ferral and slide onto shaft , . put glue inside of the head and I cover the bottom of shaft going in. I rotate shaft in to make sure glue is on everything. This will get messy and the glue will drip. use paper towel to get ALL the excess off everything. check your hands because glue will get on the heads and shafts somehow. , when done hold together and line up grip to face line or center line., Get someone to hold the head as you line them up, this will get tedious because shaft will move. when this is done place the shaft somewhere it won't move and I usually put a towel on top to stop the shaft from backing out. leave for atleast 18hrs with gtown glue. Hardest things are not getting glue on everything, getting grip aligned and making sure glue does not get on the heads.

Re: glueing heads the easy way with grips on
Sounds about right
Remember pull heads with heat
Clean out hosels
Cleanup shafts 40 grit works well, drill out glue in shafts if there is any, heat the tip first
install ferrules
mix epoxy
insert epoxy into head and on shaft tip and install shaft
Than let dry

Extremely helpful BUT, I'll echo Scott's suggestion above.
Paragraphs are quite useful.

Other than the tragic lack of legibility, OP had a good post.
