What an impressive course. Today's round was the highlight of my summer !

How'd you do getting through the 3rd hole and then the 2nd of the back to back par 5's (can't recall hole #, maybe 15)?

We were a 4-some and all played the Blue tees ~ 6475 on the score-card.

I started fine going par-par which put me in a good mood
#3 bit us all, with doubles for us all. Still in a good mood as the scenery is fantastic.
I par'd #15 -> Driver, 6i, SW.
I played the Par 5's really well today with birdies on 3 of them, par'ing the other 2.

Such a fun layout, and awesome greens.
The greens are so easy to 3-putt and demand great respect on pace & line

Yes...great course!

We were lucky to be paired with a fellow who had played a few times.

Played the tips and my buddy and I were 82 and 87. I think I had 3 three putts and he even had a four putt.

Three putt par when I had a decent chance at eagle on the front really hurt.

Anyway, I'll try better next time...if they have more open houses.

It was a great day, weather was perfect, we were paired up with a friendly member, and Andy had a really good round and made some putts.

The course was amazing as usual. Really glad they host these sort of events.

Guys, glad you enjoyed the course. We have scheduled Tournament Days on Thursdays. By late August, early September the tournament days are usually over and the Club has a couple of Guest Days to drum up new members for next year.

I will try to give you a heads up next year when I hear the dates.

St. Thomas has 2 more public days on Thursday Oct 13 & 20.
Cost is $60 + HST and includes cart & range.
Check out their Facebook page.

I was quite smitten with the course my first time out and plan to do both days if the weather is anything but rain.

I was meaning to get out last Thursday and tomorrow, but the weather is the sh*ts.
I called to cancel for tomorrow and they said another public-day is on next Thursday Oct 27

I just heard that there are no Guest Days for September this year. They still have Tournament Thursdays until October. So as of now, October 12, 19 and 26 are slated for Guest Days. Hope the weather is good. The trees should be in full bloom.
