Exactly as Playthru said. There is only one thing that has changed in the equation and I am sure the driver didn't magically change in physical composition. You may have to go back to practicing or going back to the basics. If it were me I would try to cut back my swing speed (75 or 80 percent of current speed, cut distance to 220-240yds) to regain my control and get the straightness back. Once the straightness and confidence comes back then I would go back for more distance. This is an exercise of controlling your ego.

Its either that or think you need another driver and fund the profit margins of the local golftown and golf club company.

Just a simple 10.5 Deg for me, regular shaft. The G25, even the G20 have been tempting me for so long, but I can't justify knocking this driver out of the bag.
I've owned different Taylormades and other PING versions, but nothing has been as consistent or as long as the K15 for me.

I started with the driver, then the woods, and then hybrids... The K15 isn't an anti-slice but it does REALLY want to go straight. I may move into the G25 for hybrids because I like that shape better... but nothing is taking the K15 driver and woods out of the bag. Point and Shoot clubs...

I've got the woods too. LOVE THEM.

The K15 hybrids--had them, but I don't know if it was the shape of them but I didn't have any confidence in them, so I switched to Adams Speedline S. Much better.

Ping G25 is without a doubt the easiest to hit driver I've ever had. (I also own a R1 and a few others)

I played G20 last year and this year the G25 has been in my bag the most. The G25 is an improvement over the G20, so you might look for a demo G25, they should be going on sale soon.

The only thing that changed wasn't necessarily the club but moreso an incident that occurred (and effected the club) that might've potentially perhaps even slightly compromised the integrity of my driver: https://www.torontogolfnuts.com/showthread.php?t=115625

That being said, all my other clubs have been performing admirably so I highly doubt this is of any relevance now (but thought I'd mention it regardless).

After a recent range session where I narrowed my stance, not really thought of anything (grip, rotations, my swing keys, etc.) and swung easier (I actually hurt my back the other day hence why I wasn't swinging the way I usually would), it seems now I'm back in 'love' mode with my driver again...

Saw the flight I wanted and shots were going straight again and this time around, I believe I only sliced a few times. But I'm thinking if in the future I'm looking for a 'spare driver', I'll definitely consider the Ping G20 since the K15 I doubt I'll find anywhere except for Ebay...

As usual, thanks all for everyone's inputs - definitely appreciate them! Oh and to the poster who asked about my 4 wood distance, I'd say about 210-230 ish...

I have trouble with TH Drivers of late, though haven't tried the R1. Have a few other recent ones in the garage though.

LOVE the Adams 9064 and its likely 80 bucks right now. Awesome driver.

cobra amp cell, regular shaft is whippy though so try next stiffest one as well when you demo it.
