Project X vs. Tour Flighted Rifles vs. Regular Rifles

In 50 words or less can anyone explain the difference between the Project X Rifle shafts, Tour Flighted Rifle shafts and regular Rifle shafts.

Are Project X and Tour Flighted the same shafts?

Is the main difference the kick point? Presumably they're variable?

I know Project X shafts are the hot new shafts on the PGA Tour.

I've had regular Rifle shafts for a while and love them.
