  • Is it just me but last decade it's been TM driver Callaway fw

TM drivers seem to be more forgiving and just as long

yet Callaway fairway seem to have more pop off the deck

    Anyone else in this camp?

Still rocking a big Bertha 816 3 wood and went from a m2 to a sim driver. I just use what works

I would argue that Ping and Cobra have made very large gains in market share.

Just bought a Titleist 18* this year to replace my 2 Hybrid . . . the Titleist woods are very, very good. Nice, high and straight . . . can't ask for more.
If you think it's hard to meet new people, try picking up the wrong golf ball.

Been doing the TM woods/HB thing for the past 6-7 years after discovering the RBZ line. Moved to the 2016 M2 line and am now exploring the SIM Max line.

              Still playing the RBZ 3 wood . . . tried to change a few time but nothing was as long . . . probably going to try a 15* TS2 . . .

As rgk5 said all major oems have had some huge success. It just depends on your individual needs and likes. Just because brand A is best for mean doesn't mean brand B won't be better for you.

Yes TM drivers and woods have been amazing since the launch of the OG M1/M2.v

But Titleist Cobra etc have been making huge gains. Ping too. But I know for my particular swing Ping doesn't work. Not a knock on their clubs but they underperformed and spin too much for me.

I just don't get along with TM and Callaway drivers.
I've happily owned Titleist, Ping, and Cobra. Tried several TM & Cally along the way
Each brand makes great product these days, so just need to demo/game some stuff that works for each of us.

For retailers in CDN Cobra has made a major improvement in market share, definitely attributed to Duane and Jason taking the reigns and doing a great job with the brand. PING has had an incredible run with drivers starting with G30 to G410. TaylorMade is TaylorMade, always a driver marketing machine. Callaway has had some very underrated drivers like Mavrik and as usual as one of the best fairways on the market. Titleist hit a home run with TS and looks to do the same with TSi.

Reality is every single OEM is doing very well, the tightening of inventory from the RBZ, Jetspeed, SLDR, and RAZR days as drastically helped.
