I think we need to start doing a snopes check on all of these. Can any one person seriously be so dense as to keep playing with the rage monsters he describes. What a clown

the adage," I don't care what they say about me, as long as they talk about me" is the motive here.

It looks like a bunch of retired guys who have nowhere else to go anyway.

            Was alcohol involved?

Why did the guy who lost his tarp keep throwing his face at the other dude’s fist?

They can't wait to go home, sit in their rocking chair and complain that they have nothing to do . . .
If you think it's hard to meet new people, try picking up the wrong golf ball.

This course is just around the corner from my house and I played it a fair bit last year. (actually played it yesterday)

It's a shorter course, 5000 yds, pare 65 and "beginner friendly" (well at least until Monday )

Extremely busy course with all levels of golfer, not a place where you wouldn't expect slow play. That being said it typically moves at a reasonable pace and a round is usually around 4 hours if you are out by 11:00am. In the video the guy complains that it is a 4:30 hour round, which would be somewhat slow for that course, but not ridiculous.

It appears the groups in the video are about 75 yds from the 18th tee and I would think that the "big guy group" had to drive back to confront the group that hit into them. I wonder if the big guy was a single as he only had one cart on his bag. That might explain why the other younger guys didn't take a pop at the blue shirt.

Here is a NSFW version of the video posted on Reddit.

                  Thank goodness Justin de-escalated.

This late in the evening, many marshals have gone home, if indeed, a marshal worked that day.
I've never played this course. IMO...a tier B course in the Kelowna area.

That's 3 video golf fights in BC the last 12 months.
All 3 deal with PoP and alleged hitting into someone.
At least wee see the oveer 2 minutes of thee incident via Reddit.

I've always believed that those who don't know how to fight probably shouldn't.

Excellent point. These tend to end quite quickly if one guy knows what he is doing and the other does not.

In this case, the guy who "won" the fight probably played some hockey at least, as he went for the lights-out move pulling white shirt's jersey over his head and getting some good shots in. Then poor white shirt wouldn't accept an honorable defeat and really got tagged a couple of times when he went in for more.

That was a disgraceful display! Should be banned for all time from the golf course and probably a few other local ones, though I’m not truly certain how that would be accomplished.

My thinking here is that this is a street fight. I would never start one. If someone came at me I’m not going by boxing or hockey rules. Someone would be getting a snap or whip kick.

Giving up Canadians a bad reputation. I was asked about this yesterday when I played. Someone also brought up the incident where the guy broke his driver over another guy recently.
