Any of the rules guru's been through the Handicap Manual for 2012?

Other than the ESC changes already discussed, anything else significant change i.e. handicapping of matches, calulating course handicap for individuals...

The current manual expires March 1. The new manual will be avialable shortly before that. The change to ESC will be, by far, the most significant change.
