Re: Equipment don't matter if your swing is crap
I feel ya. My swing is a mess right now. Shot a 92 last week, and crapped the bed with a 107 this week. Nothing feels comfortable, and my new Ping G30 driver is not doing me any good right now.Ping G425 Max 9*, Accra TZ6 55 M3

Fortunately there are no rules limiting the number of golf balls you can carry during a match!

Re: Equipment don't matter if your swing is crap
I was struggling for a few rounds with my irons earlier in the summer, and bought some really forgiving ones (almost shovels) and played slightly better but I know it was just masking my mistakes.
Decided to play from the front tees for a few rounds to get my confidence back, and it really forced me to practice every iron in the bag and when I was able to hit good again I went back to my regular game.
I almost sold my regular irons thinking I could never hit them again - good thing it didn't sell!

Re: Equipment don't matter if your swing is crap
I've been buying and selling clubs for years trying to find the right fit. Right. Although my last time out I had a couple of fresh Adams hybrids I smacked around the course real well. Am hopeful I can salvage something of a horrible season in the fall.
