not sure about ladies, but the longest drive recorded this year is something like 380-385 yrds....probably downhill, down wind.......avg drive is around 270-280 yrds...someone pls. correct me if I'm wrong....

I think tour players average drive is around 270-290 range...not sure for ladies either...
Long drive hitters drive over 400 yrds...but they use clubs that would be illegal on tour...

as far as I recall the world LD and PGA Longest drive records are held by two great component companies


In Long Drive Competition it is 551 yards with the Geek DCT Head


On the PGA Tour it was established in 2004 at the Shell Houston Open and 429 yards using the SMT Spectrum

Yes, but the PGA would NEVER use that type of hole for measurement, and neither would LDC....but if I'm playing with Friends, abolutely!!!
