My goal this year was to break 100 consistently and having shot 98, 94 and 91 on my previous 3 rounds I was pretty happy. Then yesterday I was firing on all cylinders and shot an unbelievable 86! That game right there made my year. I've got one more chance on friday to shoot below 90, but it doesn't matter, really, as long as I can keep it below 100 I'll be happy.
I went back to my previous irons (infinity 422) and started hitting the ball sweet almost every shot. I also stuck to a conservative game plan and wasn't tempted by the impossible shot with the big pay-off.
