Anyone know where I can buy boxes that can store the irons? Or a whole set of clubs including Driver and putter? I plan to ship a set to the US. Any suggestions how to ship is welcome as well I figured to just use UPS and ship them ground. Shouldn't cost that much.

You might try GT or call your local golf club.

If you are in York Region, I might have something, not sure big enough for a whole set .

Cost, depending where you are sending it should be between $65 and $100 with insurance.

Shipsticks is another option but will be more.

I had a club to ship and GT gave me a box.
Not sure if you could squeeze a whole set in to two boxes.
If so you could tape them together securely so everything arrives together.
I know one box holds a set of irons comfortably.

That sounds perfect for the op. He can cut it down in length if he wants.

Golf boxes vary from in width anywhere from 3 to 6 inches which likely wouldn't be enough

Definitely would protect , but likely also increases the cost a fair bit.
              1. for the PVC
              2. shipping goes by weight and dimensions

I have probably shipped/received close to 500 boxes and have never had one in which the contents were damaged. If that is a big concern for the OP, use a soft or hard case and ship with shipsticks.

i just received some fishing gear that came in pretty solid 50 x10 x 4 cardboard boxes. You are welcome to one or both if you are still looking.

You can get club length boxes from https://www.uline.ca/

(Unfort they, like Chick-fil-a are Trump supporters and incredibly homophobic -- but they have boxes. Personally, I just save the boxes when I buy clubs online so I don't have to use Uline -- but there is the link anyways!)

When I went to my local Golftown to buy something, I just asked one of the guys if he can give me a box, and he happily gave me one. You could try that. He said it's better I give it to you rather than us having to throw it out or building up in our back room
