There has to be something relatively local for sale? 9/18? If a qualified GM would run it. Isn't a golf real estate guy a member on this site? DavePratt? And there must be a qualifed Super etc looking for an upgrade?
100 guys $10,000 each? 100 guys $20,000 each?(etc)
