The Hawk on the golf channel was just expressing his opinion about Ernie winning again this year and suggesting that Ernie's son having autism was an emotional strain. That's all fair enough but then he says "having a retarded brother I know the emotional strain....." 
Im not one to go around barking about being politically correct but im pretty sure the term "retarded" is no longer in vogue in modern society...unless you're referring to my intellect.
