My dad bought this exact watch when it first came out. It was a couple hundred bucks. As spa school kid I always wanted to wear it. I still have it - original box and all! Haven't had it workin in a while. I need to get it out of storage and get it ticking.

I wear a Submariner 16800 for day to day and a Santos 100 for dressier occasions. Also have a Longines Dolce Vita that I don't know what to do with.

Most days I just use my BB to tell the time, but I do have 2 pieces in rotation.

For dressier, I use my Oris BC3 - a wedding gift from my wife.


And for vacation days where I might end up in the water, I use this piece, a gift from my father who spent time in the military.

I wear this T-race the most.

Watches seem to be restricted to collectors now.. kind of like stamps and toy trains.

I just dropped off my Dad's early 1960's Omega Seamaster Automatic to the Little shop of horology to be serviced and polished up, it will be my daily watch.


I am currently looking to get my grandfathers 1967 Gold Breitling Navitimer restored but I am having trouble finding a replacement slide rule and pusher.
