It's funny you mention this, he has submitted paypal for a refund (as of this morning) and told me to keep the club. The point is that before I posted all this, he was adiment that it was a final sale, so the deal was done and over. The fact that NOW he is offering the money back after all the hullalaboo, doesnt make it right. I have two options at this point in my mind since negative feedback has already been given, take the refund and return the club(no way would I keep it AND the money), or, I refuse the refund out of principal, which I am more inclined to do. I gave him multiple opportunities and tried to reason with him for almost an entire day back and forth, only reason he is doing it now is because of the "pressure". I would rather stand by my principals and let people know who they are dealing with...but thats just me...

That's good. Whatever you guys work out at least he is willing to do something. Its to bad you needed to find support for your position on the forum, but it worked. I wouldn't worry about the feedback, one because it will be removed and two because not many people pay attention to it..

Was that club $60 shipped? If it was, that's not really out of line. The issue is you were expecting a club in very good condition - not something that looked like a driving range demo.

The guy in question is me. Obviously, according to your feedback, i made an error in the evaluation of this club and now i am trying to repair this one. I offered Samick a complete refund and to keep the club for compensation. He has refused.

If you check my itrader feedback, you will see that all my other transactions were positive, it was the first negative experience. In the past, i had an another deal with Samick ( concerning the irons Titleist 690 MBs) and this one was very positive. You can check also my feedback on Ebay which is 100% positive (73 transactions).

Hey the guy is stepping up and he should be applauded for it. I don't see a need to exacerbate the situation that has been resolved by rubbing someone's face in it.

Its not the error in evaluating the club, it was your attitude and position that you disagreed with my thoughts on the condition, and told me that I should "take a mulligan on this one". Really? It is only AFTER the fact that you wanted to refund the money, after I told others how you are to deal with. As I said to you, I gave you a chance to do the right thing and talked about it back and forth for almost a whole day. Still you took the position of "final sale". So be it...it is what it is. I'm not about have you wave that over my head to accept the refund and/or retract my feedback, it stays. Ill keep the club I paid for as a lesson learned.

I already told people of the previous deal we made, which was the one major contributing factor for me not requesting pictures. Leason learned.
