During the March oral arguments in United States v. Windsor, a majority of the court seemed to express doubts about the constitutionality of DOMA.

A very good read. Interestingly, he doesn't seem to realize what the Court's role is. In his mind, it should simply acquiesce to right thinking individuals, courts and legislatures. Liberal ideas are simply the devil's work, and should be rejected out of hand. What a darling!

What really pisses me off is that the Republicans likes to quote the founding fathers, be it the the declaration of independence, or the constitution or the bill of rights (e.g. right to bear arms) and at the same time conveniently ignore it (seperation of church and state + all men are created equal) whenever it suits their needs.

America doesn't follow their constitution at all so I don't know how it being unconstitutional has anything to do with it. I do support the outcome though, who cares what people do.
