Congrats. Nice part of the country. But most importantly, where ya gonna play? Also, Lakeshore drive is a great cycle route if you are into that.

Newcastle Golf Club is a pretty decent track and usually at good prices too.

Good price on that size lot, penthouse condos in my area go for that price.

I see lots of potential in that house, I'd be knocking out some walls and opening that place right up.

Yes we're quite happy with the deal when you consider Bryan Bickell paid $730,000 for a vacant lot behind me. The lot is actually much deeper than it says because there's a big road allowance in back that will never be built. Yes ripping down walls will be a consideration. My buddy did it to his home in Pickering and it looks awesome and because we have 9 foot ceilings the odd Ibeam won't be a problem.

We have 10' ceilings in our place now, if you ever decide to add a coffered ceiling or crown mouldings the effects can really make a room pop.
