              I know. I am getting ready to list my house. I believe this will probably be the last year for these gains 47% from this time last year in my area. I'm either moving out of province or renting for a couple of years. At my age I think it's a good time to utilize the capital.

                  In Oakville last week my neighbour listed 899K. Sold for 1.2M. 2000sqft.

                  He is extremely happy Close to 100% increase in 3 years.
                  Over thinking, over analyzing separates the body from the mind.

                      $600K & $700K over asking!! I bought my place just over $300 17 years ago.

                      I'm ready to sell and cash out.

                            I got a few clients into homes and condos in early Feb, closing early March to last week.

                            All four of them have seen an appreciation of min $100K in a month. They are smiling away now.

                            With more listings hitting the market now we are started to see it settle down a smidge out here in some parts of Mississauga. (fingers crossed anyway for my buyer clients)

                            If anyone is interested I have a 5 bedroom, 3500sqft home in South Caledon coming on the market shortly. Full, professional sound studio in the basement which can easily be converted to regular living space (awesome sound proofing to keep noisy kids and teens at bay total living space of approx 5000 sq ft. reno'd

                            Also a 2bed 2bath condo on Living Arts Dr. as well.

                            (these are all contingent on getting the existing owners into homes so crossing fingers we get that done soon)

                              Wtf. I can't see the inside of that house, but I'm really struggling to see how that place is worth $1.7M, let alone the $1.2 it was listed at. The GTA is turning into the Bay Area in San Fran, minus the weather.
