Obviously we need to send them some of our Canadian marksmen/women (NB politically correct here) for their parliament.

Your comment reminded me of a bumper sticker to which I made reference a few months ago: Atheists Don't Kill in the Name of God.

Re: Terrorist attack in London
Its a shame really...
But we also foster this nonsense, and people are way too liberal. Take for example this article here
Reporter Ben Makuch had argued police using journalists to further criminal investigations could make sources reluctant to speak
Vice reporters trying to justify keeping their information secret/private when it can assist in the investigation and eventual conviction of a KNOWN TERRORIST and security threat.
As a Canadian Citizen i value our charter and rights, and sure freedom of press is great.
But this is when that saying "the needs of the many outweight the needs of the few"
By that I mean, the needs of SOCIETY outweight the needs of this one journalist or the press. The need to PROTECT SOCIETY outweight the NEED for a journalist to keep his information private if it can save hundreds or thousands of lives however slim the chances are that this radical can carry out an attack.
