In the US, he can simply enrol in the Limiting Aircraft Data Displayed (LADD) program. If he's worried about being tracked via ADS-B data, he can request a Privacy ICAO Address (PIA).
Most countries around the world have similar programs available.

Flight tracking happens all the time on Twitter. If this isn't about Elon's personal vendettas, I assume a lot of accounts are going to be banned during the January soccer transfer window. All sorts of flight tracking of private jets is done to see where players might be transferring. It happens, and can happen, because that information is publicly available.
At the end of the day, of course, Twitter is a privately owned website and they can ban or allow whoever they want, within legal parameters. They can even allow an a-hole to accuse a hero of being a pedophile. It's a shithole website; always has been, always will be. It's just run by a pathetic hypocrite now. If it survives, it will eventually change hands after Elon's inevitable implosion and downfall, and then the bannings can go the other way again.Comment
