Price of equipment is wild, when I played hockey Tacks were $250.00 and Koho sticks were $20.00. My nephew played Junior and then went to the US on a scholarship which was great but before all of this, my brother paid for $1000.00 custom skates and $300.00 sticks. Any help any parent can get in this area is fantastic, I often wonder how many can keep their kids playing with the costs involved.
