Grip Cleaning - the 'Secret' Method

Pubknight, I'm using the Simoniz that doesn't have the bleche-white and it works fine.

I couldn't find the old one anywhere in Brampton.

Frankly, I'm wondering if they aren't identical and only the label has changed.

Was wondering that as well, since the label says that it is specially formulated for whitewalls... which, if I'm bleche-white, I figure that's what I'm designed to clean.

Now I just need to find a non-leaking bottle.
Been to two CDN Tires, seen 5 bottles so far, and every single bottle has been cracked/punctured/leaking and half empty.

At the Queensway store, they had 3 very old bottles... had the same product number as the OP, but it did not have the 'with Bleche White' on the bottle label.

Has anyone seen a Canadian Tire store (ideally west-ish Toronto) that has a few bottles in stock?

Despite having recently regripped my clubs, I'm finding the heat is really gunking up my grips (hand sweat, sunscreen residue).
I am also using the version that does not have the bleche-white with no problems.

As another member and the CT rep i spoke with indicated the sku is the same for the product linked here and what we are finding at CT.

This link has the bleche-wite label.

I think you guys are right and they have just changed the label as I don't see any other Simoniz tire cleaner.

Re: Grip Cleaning - the 'Secret' Method

              Just grabbed a 'newer' bottle.
Product number is the same, but the bottle is black... at least this bottle wasn't leaking.
Was even on sale at the Weston Rd CDN Tire for $6.99.
About to embark on the step by step program.
But I'm afraid I've already done it wrong... I opened my beer *first*.

Thats a fantastic price. Do they have the white bottle with the "Bleche Wite" on the label or is it the newer black (dark blue???) bottle version?
