Do you play Parkshore much? The last time I ventured out it was in brutal condition. Not that it's ever been pristine. I find the course a conundrum. In the city so easy on travel time and super long so somewhat challenging. But just a cow pasture.

Many courses it seems are taking it day by day. I was told by a couple that they plan to only open when weather is good (no rain, no overnight -, and 5 degrees or above day of)

Don Valley told me Nov 17 is the planned last day, but can change based on weather. I'm assuming all the munis are the same.

No, but it is the closest course to work (and is en route home)--ideally, it's a 'cheap range' with actual 'playing targets'
…..I've found Banty's Roost to be my go-to early-season dogtrack ($25 to walk after work - with 3 - 9's, always empty, it's a no brainer)

Not a course but got an email this AM that Withing Range at Leslie/407 is closed for the season.

Ballantrae's last day of play is Sunday November 11. Too bad - played today and was in great shape!

Just got the email that Nobleton Lakes closes after Wednesday this week

Played Cherry Down yesterday, they told me they are closing this Wednesday (Nov 7)

Played Vic East in Guelph today with ManFromMoffat and were told today was the last.

Bushwood's website states that they are closed unless 'there is dry weather with a temperature of 10 or more'.

Bushwood? That is traditionally are 'go to' late November, early December course.

If they are closed, then what hope is there that many other courses will remain open after this week.

And a sad, goodbye to Heather Glen which permanently closed on Sunday. It was a very scenic course.
