Your longest drive ever

I hit one last year at Osprey that was about 315 or so, but it was downwind. I hit one last year at my home course that my Sky Caddie measured at 302. This year I am lucky to crank it 260.

This makes me laugh, 260? you pounded few drives well over 260 today man.

355y at Grandview #5 last week. Measure all my drives using the google maps distance tool. Not sure how accurate that is?

Lots of wind help #10 Westminster Trails last year....Par 4 353 yards had 30 yards left so well over 300 yards. It flew a long time and when it hit the firm fairway it also ran for a long time. My average drive on an open fairway like that would be 220-240 yards.

Having been a member out there for years I've hit some very long drives and wedges into 3 of the par 5s. I can remember having chip shots into 1, 5, 9, 10,11,14 and driven it on the fringe on 18.

Haven't played much his year but from the golds at Tarandowah I had 155 into 9 and had 163 into 14. I'm not sure what those yardages are and had 102 yards into the Par 5 12th at Firerock from the second to last deck.

Longest drive I can recall was on Rock Crest 16. Bounced one off the centre rock from the tips. Ended up green side about 420 yards down. Had one last year that went 340 on a dry rock hard fairway, not bad for a little guy in his 50's.

Used to think I hit plus 300 drives often. After using game golf I have realized they are never as long as we think. With game golf it's an actual gps calculated drive

this year at wild winds hit a 326 yard drive on number 6.

My game golf avg is 260.

Last year with the dry summer and hard pan fairways, wind at my back at Banty's Roost I drilled one 285.

I've come close to that a couple times since without the hard pan fairways but I think that remains my highlight.

3 shots allows and no roll out was measured only where the ball landed. I had one ball that stayed inbounds that measured 368 yards.
Several other competitors outdrive me but did not stay in bounds.
cost $160 to enter the contest but I won $5,000 and a tour bag.

My days of hitting long drives are over, 250 yards are the norm for me now.

Played BraeBen today, actually with one of the marshals that word there.. hole 6 par 5 slightly down wind.. not your typical wind for that course.. but hit it pure, used hole19 for measurement...342yrds

Playing White Witch in Jamaica on the 10th hole Par 5 621 yards from the tips I cut the corner and had 190 in.. probably only hit it 285 carry but the numbers from the card were impressive! To bad I yanked the next shot left of the green and made bogie.

The longest I've measured (GPS) was 332 on Wyndance, #18.

humber valley.......caught the hill on one of the par 5s and had a nice roll down to the bottom of the valley at 324 yards.

Played Glen Eagle two weekends ago and hit one 304 on #1 and 310 on #18.
