Trump has removed the watchdog tasked with overseeing the pandemic stimulus fund.

At least $500 billion will be distributed without oversight, and probably with minimal tracking or documentation.

What could go wrong?

No doubt the hotel and resort industries will receive favourable benefits for their "losses".

Maybe Trump finally found a way to become a real billionaire rather than a fake one...

Of course, said Secretary never suspected that even one of the more than 4,000 sailors aboard the aircraft carrier would record his comments and leak them to the press, which they did almost in real time.

Or, is Trump simply using the drug as a prop to make himself appear knowledgeable in a field where he is utterly unqualified.

Putin must be beside himself with joy. I doubt he ever expected his disruption of the US to be so completely successful.

I suspect that Putin is experiencing many of the same feelings now that Osama bin Laden felt in the days following 9/11.

That is, I have often wondered whether bin Laden really thought that his 9/11 raids would be as successful as they turned out to be. Despite the fact that one of the four airliners was brought down, three others hit major targets costing thousands of lives. The effects of 9/11 are still being felt today and will probably never go away. bin Laden may have thought that only one of the aircraft would get to a target and do some damage, but not on the scale of what actually happened. I doubt that he ever dared dream that his plan would be as successful as was, and such is Putin as well.

I read somewhere that he may hold stock in a company called Sanofi which produces the drug.

Another problem with him stock piling the drug is that people use it for lupus and rheumatoid arthritis and some are saying their scripts aren't being filled.
