I think the mass immigration billboard story has become a cosmic joke. Partisan, a private company that owns the billboard took it down after a public outcry. That's up to them although stories differ on whether it actually violates Pattison's guidelines. But the True North Strong and Free Who actually leased the billboard has disowned the message,
"We completely disavow any sympathy with or support for the views expressed by donors who paid for and selected the content of their advertising, which we were mistakenly not afforded an opportunity to first approve," Frank Smeenk, the head of True North Strong & Free Advertising Corp., wrote in an email to The Canadian Press on Monday.
Now I don't know how the banner copy can leave the agency and actually go to print without some approvals unless you are running a lemonade stand instead of a political ad company.

Caught between a rock and a hard place - she was an advisor to the NAFTA negotiators. Does she stay quiet with the tacit agreement that she was part of the failure of NAFTA, or does she speak up and tell the truth - there was some give and take by all 3 parties to reach a new agreement?

It's the downside of every political discussion being framed in pure black and white.
