Furthermore 'entering' is explained as "

The guy plead guilty. To be clear, the govt prosecutor only used the "took part in a terrorist event" argument for sentencing. Hyperbole is no stranger to legal arguments involving sentencing. A judge may reject it outright or sustain an objection during this argument.
Some numbers to consider. Over 500 defendents have been charged. 300 more suspects have not been arrested yet. 150+ have been charged with assault or impeding an officer, so far. 50 have been charged with using a deadly or dangerous weapon. 150 officers were injured.
I assume you disagree they were attempting to start a process where Trump would remain president which would be clearly illegal and definitely not democratic. Just what were the goals of the 100+ armed "protestors" who breached the capital on Jan 6. You seem to disagree with how it's being interpreted. In your opinion, what was it?

I havent been following too closely, were any of the people charged with firearms violations (concealed carry, etc) inside the Capitol? Were they on the Capitol grounds? Or did they attend the rally at the Ellipse?
