MSNBC is reporting the Giuliani had a sit-down with Jack Smith earlier this week to discuss the events surrounding the J6 insurrection.

If Giuliani flips, he could incriminate Trump, Flynn, Bannon, Stone et al among others. If any of them flip, the others could really be in jeopardy.

I hope I'm wrong, but I don't see Rudy flipping.

The defamation suits are civil matters, so I suspect Jack Smith is not the least bit concerned with them.

That said, it probably would not help Giuliani's case to strike a plea deal in a related criminal case.
